The Chase Sapphire Preferred card is my FAVORITE travel card, because its points transfer instantly to Southwest (though they DO NOT qualify for the Southwest Companion Pass), so you can use them to book free flights, and they are FLEXIBLE points, so you can use them to book nearly any airline or hotel chain in their travel portal!
One of my favorite ways to redeem Chase points is by transferring them to Hyatt and booking an all-inclusive or other resort, starting at just 20,000 points per night for 2 people. My family saved $6,000 by using 87,000 Chase points transferred to Hyatt to book 3 nights at the amazing Andaz Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica!

Plus, you have the opportunity to earn more points per $1 on Chase Sapphire Preferred than you would on a typical airline card, while getting primary car rental insurance and some other travel insurance benefits, as well.
