Top-Notch Moab Hotel Near Arches National Park
The Gravity Haus in Moab, UT is a boutique hotel that caters to guests like me, visiting Arches National Park. Its modern design and unique offerings, in my opinion, make it a fun place to stay while you’re visiting the park and exploring Moab.
How to Get to Gravity Haus Moab
If you’re following our plan to always have a Southwest Companion Pass so one person in your family can fly free, and using points for all other tickets, you’ll want to fly into the closest Southwest airport to Moab, which is Salt Lake City. Moab is a super easy 4-hour drive from Salt Lake.

You’ll find two bike racks on the Steadyrack wall in the room along with a complimentary day-use cooler to take food along with you.
Gravity Haus Moab has partnered with Purple mattresses. These mattresses adapt as you move, cushioning and supporting you, while dissipating body heat, helping you to recharge for the next day’s adventures. They’ll even provide Fido with a bed and we loved that the room includes a sound machine too!

Gravity Haus Moab Unique Offerings
On every hallway, you’ll find a shared microwave and ice/water station, which we found was super handy for refilling the cooler and your many water bottles before we headed out each day.
Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming lobby area with several couches and chairs. Outdoor enthusiasts can find expert advice in the attached GearHeads store, accessed right through the lobby.
If you’ve brought your bike along, you’ll find a cleaning station and tools here to get ready for your next ride. Ask for a reusable adventure towel at the front desk to help keep YOU clean while working on your bike.
If all that wasn’t enough, the absolute best part of the stay, we found, is the hidden, stunning oasis they’ve built at the back of their property, which they refer to as their “outdoor lounge.”
Don’t forget to grab the comfortable robes provided in your room before heading down to open the locked gate, where you’ll enter relaxation paradise with an inviting heated pool, 2 bubbling hot tubs and 2 fire pits surrounded by comfy seating.
Then take a swing, spin or twirl on their fun hanging chairs as you relax and unwind for the day. You won’t want to leave this place EVER but when you absolutely HAVE to…
Rinse off at the outside shower or in one of their 2 shower rooms with Cariloha bamboo towels.
